ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/SCOPE OF WORK:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. SCOPE OF ROLE:
Budget monthly Salary: 360$
• Maps the location of all CHWs in catchment area and maintains a register to track those who have received training / awareness
• Collects daily activity reports from each CHW under his/her responsibility every day and forward it to his / her supervisor.
• Ensures high quality and timely implementation of community-based activities by the CHWs in his/her catchment area.
• Ensures supervision of each CHW under his/her responsibility
• Ensure proper communication, coordination and harmonization of tools with the different stakeholders involved in health activities in his/her catchment area.
• Ensures safe and accurate use/storage of working kits/tools provided.
• Attend regular meetings with Project staff and share results with Program Manager. Other
• Other responsibilities & duties as required by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
-Gender of Employee: Female or Male
-Number of Posts: 4
-Line Manager or Supervisor: program manager/medical officer
-Minimum Years of Experience: Not Applicable
-Degree: diploma or High school
-Working Area (Governorate) : Ninawa Working Facility: Hamdaniyah district
