- Identify and prioritize critical improvements across all operations tools and systems
In your first year, you’ll:
Systems integration
- Diagnose individual, vertical and organizational ecosystem issues and propose solutions by defining business and technical requirements.
- Own configuration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Salesforce, Typeform, Canvas LMS, and other system integrations.
Data management
- Help build operational reporting that can be leveraged for business insights.
- Run data backups, perform testing of data retention and recovery policies.
Hardware and IT management
- Own decision-making around hardware builds, make recommendations, and partner with local team members in each location to see it executed.
- Review and apply security best practices, streamline role-based provisioning across systems and be the go-to person for all systems troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Build the internal knowledge base with technical documentation and IT policies and support the team in effectively leveraging tools through training and 1:1 guidance
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in systems administration, cloud computing platforms, and/or DevOps tools
- Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
- Ability to effectively manage cross-functional and technical activities
