Job Description

Position Overview:

As a DV Analyst you will provide data analytics job support from a quality perspective data and reporting to various departments as well as management. This includes work with varying data formats,  developing metrics , monitoring data quality optimizing and automating existing reporting, as well as leveraging tools such as SQL and Tableau to create, monitor and optimize KPI’s and operational metrics.  Your role is also about presenting large amounts of information  to business in ways that are understandable and  easy to interpret and spot patterns, trends and correlations.

Your duties

• Tackle complex business problems by converting raw data into meaningful and actionable business insights
• Collaborate directly with peers and business leaders to transform ideas into actions
• Utilize SQL for extraction and analysis of data from multiple sources
• Develop reports and dashboards using BI software (Tableau and/or Excel)
• Assist with preparation and automation of recurring/ ad hoc reporting assignments

Job Requirements

• Fluent English
• Degree Mathematics/Statistics/Econometrics
• Mathematical and statistical skills are crucial
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the ‘bigger picture’
• 3-5+ years’ experience analyzing data, drawing conclusions and making recommendations;
• Strong SQL query writing skills required  (Microsoft SQL Server preferred).
• Strong  knowledge of Microsoft Office functionality, especially Excel (Macros,  Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Experience with preparing management dashboards and reports, data visualization/BI tools (Tableaus is a plus)
• Knowledge of at least one other programming language such as Python or R is a plus
