INVITATION TO BID (Provide Dignity and Recreational kits)
Dear Prospective Offerors:
CHF international is looking for a contractor to provide 1300 Dignity kits and 1500 Recreational kits (more or less based on program needs) to continue supporting and distribute Dignity kits and Recreational kits to these vulnerable HHs in Newroz Camp-Derek, Al Hasakeh governorate, , Syria.
INSTRUCTIONS:
– Please request the solicitation documents (RFQ), electronically from the email address
– Or request the solicitation documents (RFQ) in hard copy from CHF office in Derek City. (Syria, Qamishli, Derek City, Teachers’ residence street, a building of four floors opposite of Derek supermarket).
– When requesting the RFQ documents, please state the title of the RFQ in the email subject line “SY-24374-BOA-22-051, Dignity and Recreational kits”
– Please include your WhatsApp number, so we can inform you about any updates, changes or new information regarding the RFQ
– When requesting the RFQ documents, state the Company/ Supplier title in the email message.
– Questions about this RFQ shall be sent no later than Tuesday 30 November 2021, 04:00 PM (Syrian Local Time) to the following email address:
– The deadline for offer submission is Sunday 05 December 2021, 11:00 PM (Syrian Local Time).
– The deadline for samples submission is Sunday 05 December 2021, 04:00 PM (Syrian Local Time).
