Responsibilities:

 

 

• An overall responsibility is to supervise laborers who are responsible for offloading the Core Relief items and filling the required documents.
• Ensuring that the distribution processes are in accordance with donor’s guidelines and procedures.
• Preparation and management at distribution sites and liaising with all beneficiaries, volunteers and community leaders.
• He/she needs to be ready to be deployed in any of the distribution areas of operation with short notice, in order to support CRI distributions.
• Ensuring distributions are calm and efficient and that any disputes are avoided/ resolved.
• Responsible for coordination with the direct supervisor for Post Distribution Arrangements.

 

• Works with trustworthiness and integrity and has a clear commitment to MH’s core values and humanitarian principles.
• The capacity of negotiation and ability to deal with the beneficiaries.
• Ability to develop and foster strong internal and external organizational relationships.
• Willingness to work at the field level.
• Flexibility, initiative spirit, punctuality.
• Good communication skills.
• Reasonable English level.
• Understanding and interest in vulnerable community issues.
• Ability to understand the global humanitarian context.
