Vehicle Type:

Provide a Modern vehicle Double Axel (4×4) car Model 2018 and above, (SUV), or Pickup car with the same specifications as a Driver. From the origin of the provision of services to transport the staff of the organization and materials for work from and to the office of the organization with unlimited KM driving per month. in addition, the vehicles Mileage should be less than (62000) Mileage which is equal to (100,000) KM or below, and 

Special requirements:

Regular travel throughout Nineveh and the country (Iraq) to the field as much as possible

Introduction

ZOA Iraq supports vulnerable conflict-affected people with social reconstruction activities, livelihood assistance, and psychosocial support in order to establish stable and peaceful communities with hope for the future.

Purpose of the position

The Driver will ensure the safe and timely transportation of the Staff and materials from offices to offices or field locations and government offices inside Mosul and to all Nineveh regions including Talafar, Sinjar, Baaja to Hamdania and Surrounding regions. The Driver will ensure that his vehicle is always clean and well-maintained.

Task, responsibilities, results

Vehicle Control:

Responsibility for driving ZOA staff carefully and safely as per ZOA driving standards, for meetings or travel within Nineveh, base visits to Erbil or mobile site visits to Anbar/ Baghdad as needed.

Transporting stock or documents as needed or transporting staff and/or goods to other locations as required.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Responsibility for keeping vehicles clean, conducting daily and weekly vehicle checks, and managing general vehicle maintenance as per ZOA guidelines.

Reporting and following up on any issues or problems that arise with vehicles.

Logistics Support:

Provide assistance for base operations in Nineveh projects and accommodation:

Facilities maintenance, repairs, and other logistics processes.

Provide assistance with loading and unloading of vehicles.

Collecting quotes, delivering contracts, and other documentation as needed.

Security:

General awareness of security procedures and guidelines in place; follow them and report any security-related incidents or risks/threats using ZOA incident reporting procedures and app.

Ensure Himself and his vehicle is in compliance with the ZOA IRQ Security Plan.

Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Field Coordinator or Logistics Officer or Project Manager or Program Manager.

Any other duties and tasks in line with the position as assigned by the supervisor.

Knowledge & Experience:

Degree in technical education, construction or relevant field

Five-year experience in a technical or relevant profession

Fluently speaking Arabic and English is advantageous

The contract duration will be for 5 months.
