Responsibilities:
Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services.
Driving customer satisfaction by answering incoming inquiries via phone.
Processing customer requests.
Providing quality customer service and support.
Documenting calls and creating workflows.
Qualifications for the position include:
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in call center customer service position required.
Associate degree in related field preferred.
Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Arabic) strongly preferred.
Shifts available to work between 7 AM – 6 PM Monday – Friday.
Positions pay $15/hr.
