Employee Experience Manager

Our ambitions are global and vast here at Getir. We pioneered super-fast delivery. Then we grew on multiple fronts: from our daily order count to the number of services we offer, to the geographies we operate in, to the number of amazing Getir people that make up a rather incredible people organization. That last part is arguably the most important part of the business and the one that gives us the most satisfaction. To further strengthen our already-marvelous People Department, we are looking for an enthusiastic Employee Experience Manager who will not only contribute to our Getirians’ employee experience but also contribute to their own journey’s experience and take further responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage, track and run the process required to provide a great employee experience for Getirians from day one.
• Develop and manage the Getir Onboarding Experience; including digital orientation, buddy system, engagement and networking programs.
• Conduct surveys, focus groups, peer-to-peer conversations and more to keep track of the overall employee experience at Getir and understand Getirians’ perspectives.
• Design and execute impactful programs that foster a healthier and happier Getir environment and result in well-connected and more fulfilled Getirians.
• Craft an overall internal communications agenda that includes activities, social clubs and global employee communication.
• Develop and manage the People Department communication calendar in line with priorities regarding the internal communications agenda.
• Consult HRBPs on crafting custom solutions based on specific needs of each department at Getir.
• Create unique approaches to retain employee engagement and embed Getir culture in the rapidly Growing Getir Team.
• Play an active role in Employer Branding programs and collaborate with the Corporate Communications Department.
