Purpose of the position

It is to assist the economic recovery team in collecting initial data from field visits to the targeted areas and assisting the economic recovery team in distribution processes, documenting success stories and interviews with people and communities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with Mercy Corps staff in Sinjar
• Support in collecting information through using of CTO Survey, which is made through field visits in Sinjar, Ninawa
• Calling the participants and inform them of the date and location of the distribution
• Assist the team in the distribution process
• Contacting the beneficiaries and conducting interviews with them.
• Perform the duties assigned by the supervisor
• Submit reports on a daily or weekly basis
• ability to collect the information in an objective manner and explain and ask the questions clearly
• Follow up on some of the program’s activities during implementation and give reports on them
• Supporting the program’s officer in the office work, organizing papers and archives of the program
• Collecting and sorting the completed data collection tools as directed by the supervisor
• Ensuring the anonymity of the beneficiaries and developing a relationship of trust and a safe space during the data collection exercise with the beneficiaries
• Inform the direct supervisor of any changes or developments related to the location of activities and the project context
• Hand over all devices and materials used in the survey to the supervisor
• Doing any work requested by the supervisor in the interest of implementing the program within Mercy Corps policy.

هو مساعدة فريق التعافي الاقتصادي في جمع البيانات الاولية من الزيارات الميدانية للمناطق المستهدفة والمساعدة  في عمليات التوزيع  وتوثيق قصص النجاح والمقابلات مع الاشخاص والمجتمعات

الادوار والمسؤوليات

 

العمل بشكل وثيق مع موظفي ميرسي في سنجار

الدعم في جمع المعلومات عن طريق استخدام برنامج CTO والتي تتم من خلال الزيارات الميدانية في المناطق المستهدفه في قضاء سنجار

الاتصال بالمستفيدين وابلاغهم بموعد وموقع التوزيع

مساعدة الفريق في عمليات التوزيع

.الاتصال بالمستفدين واجراء المقابلات معهم 

تنفيذ الواجبات التي تم تعيينها من قبل مسؤول البرنامج

.تقديم التقارير على اساس اليومي او الاسبوعي

.القدرة على جمع المعلومات بطريقة موضوعية وشرح الأسئلة وطرحها بوضوح

.القيام بمتابعة بعض انشطة البرنامج اثناء التنفيذ واعطاء تقارير عنها 

دعم مسؤؤل البرنامج في الاعمال المكتبية وتنظيم الاوراق والارشيف التابعة للبرنامج

تجميع وفرز أدوات جمع البيانات حسب توجيهات المشرف

ضمان عدم الكشف عن هوية المستفيدين وتطوير علاقة ثقة ومساحة آمنة أثناء جمع البيانات مع المستفيدين

ابلاغ المشرف المباشر عن اية تغييرات او تطوار متعلقة ب مواقع النشاطات و سياق المشروع

القيام بتسليم جميع الأجهزة والمواد المستخدمة في المسح إلى المشرف

.القيام بأي عمل يطلبه المشرف لمصلحة تنفيذ البرنامج ضمن سياسة ميرسي كور

 

 

Qualification

• Arabic and Kurdish language
• Related experience and data collecting apps (ODK, KOBO, and CTO).
• Strong knowledge of the use of Word, Excel
• Programs and data entry.
• Previous experience working with the community
• Good communication skills and experience in participatory methodology
• He has a strong drive for humanitarian action
• Work under pressure.

 (ODK, KOBO, CTO) الخبرة ذات الصلة في جمع البيانات و التطبيقات

معرفة قوية على استعمال برامج الورد والاكسل وادخال البيانات

خبرة سابقة في العمل مع المجتمع

مهارات التواصل الجيد والخبرة في منهجية المشاركة

لديه الدافع القوي للعمل الإنساني

العمل تحت ضغط العمل
