What You’ll Do?

· Develop and maintain the Ethics and Compliance Framework

· Ensure awareness of the Ethics and Compliance Framework across all operations at Getir

· Conduct investigations and interrogations pursuant to notifications / allegations of misconduct or conflict of interest

· Determine whether the activities are carried out in accordance with the legislation, procedures, and ethical rules of Company

· Exercise professional judgement in analyze the data and identify business related red flags

· Review and evaluate internal control processes to prevent and detect non-compliant activities

· Evaluate internal control deficiencies and work closely with teams on remediation of identified deficiencies

· Prepare audit reports which will present the findings of work

· Participate other audit / ethical examination activities as needed.

What Do You Need?

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields

· 2-5 years related job experience in a compliance or related field such as forensics/ fraud/ ethics role

· You should be a native Turkish and advanced English speaker

. Investigation experience is a must

. Utmost respect to confidentiality

· Extreme willingness to search and examine

· Detail orientation and an organized way of working

· CFE certification will be an asset

· Data analysis experience will be an asset

· General understanding of data privacy

· Resilience

· Amazing social skills. You’ll be a part of a really cool team
