Finance Officer (National Position)

The purpose of the Finance Officer position is to implement day-to-day support functions, and implementation of the NRC finance policies and procedures. The main duty of the Finance Officer is to support adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines, and donor requirements. Finance Officer will be reporting to the Finance Coordinator.

 

Duties and responsibilities

 

• Preparation of the financial reports.
• Support the program team to understand the financial reports and provide them with training.
• Monthly meetings with the program team and support the program team and Area manager to make the forecast.
• Sign off the PRs and prepare the monthly master budget to manage the area office cost.
• Prepare the Project BVAs and do any rebooking, with the supporting documents
• Draft the new budgets. Check the Agresso for any reclassification.
• Other tasks related to the project budgets like any realignment and updating the Agresso for project follow-up.

Contract Duration: 5 months 

Duty Station: Anbar- Iraq

Health Insurance is provided 

Salary: G5/S1, According to NRC’s Iraq salary scale and terms and conditions.
