Here’s what you fundamentally need to be a Fraud Professional at Getir:
What You’ll Do?
- Extract and analyze data to identify fraudulent patterns
- Perform analytical deep dives to identify problems, opportunities, and actions required
- Develop fraud risk scenarios and work collaboratively key stakeholders to design and implement fraud detection solutions.
- Define and closely monitor key metrics and provide periodic reports and analysis.
- Ensure fraud dashboards/models/reports remain effective and abreast of current trends with a focus on fraud risk prevention
- Work with Data Analytics and Engineering teams to ensure all available indicators are accessible by the models and the data is consistent.
- Always maintain a professional approach providing an appropriate update on project progresses and potential issues.
- Commitment to delivering quality results in line with timelines while being attentive to details
What Do You Need?
- A curious and persistent personality with a “can-do” attitude
- 2-5 years of fraud risk, seller risk, buyer risk, abuse, brand risk or chargeback experience in retail and/or e-commerce.
- Knowledge of fraud and risk analytics to solve complex, esoteric, and challenging business problems.
- Highly passionate about data, with excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to break down sophisticated problems and business questions and effectively communicate measurable insights to diverse audiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
- Ability to work effectively with other stakeholders both within the team and outside of it
- Strong communication and writing skills with attention to detail, grammar, brand tone, and voice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python
- Experience in visualization tools is plus (Tableau is preferred)
- Experience in Graph Database scripting is plus
