PURPOSE OF CFRM HOTLINE INTERNSHIP

The main purpose of HR/Admin Internship is to:

 

  • Helps fresh graduated to Gain Needed Experience
  • Make a positive contribution to an organization

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Hire one HR/Admin Internship based in Ramadi Office to be managed by HR/Admin Officer within the HR/Admin Unit. Following are the specific and general roles and responsibilities proposed for the HR/Admin Intern:

General 

  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Assist Admin / HR department for all related documents management
  • Working closely with the AO HR/Admin staff.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas

 

Specific

  • Ensure all the employee’s files are updated and have the required documents and information in.
  • Ensure all the HR files are properly labeled and kept in personnel files in the correct order.
  • Ensure the leave request forms are properly filled and filed and the leave balance is updated regularly.
  • Scan, print, copy as required, and ensure that the HR/Admin Folder is updated with scanned copies for all employees’ personal files.
  • Assist in day-to-day upkeep & maintenance issues in the Ramadi office.
  • File administrative documents according to procedures and maintain stock of office supplies & stationery in Ramadi Office.
  • Any other task assigned by the line manager

CRITERIA FOR SELECTING HOTLINE INTERNS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills specifically in English
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Desire to learn and share
  • Ability to listen
  • Pride and honor in his/her work
  • Patience
  • Professionalism
