** Silk Road Organization is looking for “HR Manager ”
Location: #Gaziantep
Deadline: 29.10.2021
duration: 6 months – full time **

Roles and responsibilities:


  1. Work on the development and implementation of the annual human resources plan.
  2. Study the organization’s human resource needs.
  3. selecting and appointing the most qualified human resources and appropriate to the organization requirements and develop a plan to keep them.
  4. Develop a plan for the training of staff and workers in the organization and work on raising abilities.
  5. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  6. Updating internal databases with new hire information.
  7. Permanent coordination with the Finance Manager in all human resources matters.
  8. Monitor staff commitment in attendance and leave, and putting the disciplinary procedures for the control of their work.
  9. Submit the semi-annual and annual reports to the organization’s management.
  10. Provide payroll inputs such as attendance summary, leave summary, other deductions to payroll employee wise in the specified format for processing payroll.
  11. Ensure that salary slips are distributed to all staff of the region.
  12. Manage the filing, storage and security of Silk Road documents

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Academic Background in HR Management and/or Administration.
  2. Minimum 4 years experience in HR Management and/or Administration.
  3. Good knowledge of Turkish Labour Law.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and in one team.
  5. Good computer skills.
  6. Fluent in English and Arabic.
  7. The Turkish language is an advantage.
