This post is in the Syria Cross-border Humanitarian Fund for Syria Emergency Response, Humanitarian Financing Unit (HFU) of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in Turkey. The post is based in Gaziantep, with possible travel to field locations such as Antakya, Kilis. The incumbent reports to the Deputy Pooled Fund Manager for the HFU and works closely with the various sections of the HFU, as well as the Coordination, and the Information Management Units of UNOCHA Turkey.
Under the overall supervision of the OCHA Head of the Humanitarian Financing Unit and under the day-to-day guidance of the Deputy Pooled Fund Manager/Head of Programmes, the Programme Associate is expected to perform the following tasks: Please note that applicants applying for UNOCHA Local Fixed Term positions must be a Turkish Citizen.
