INFRASTRUCTURE & BUILDING SECTION HEAD

At Eni, we are looking for an Infrastructure & Building SH within Eni Iraq/ZFOD in Iraq. You will be responsible for managing the overall Infrastructure & Building activities, from pre-contract award stage to construction planning through to final handover

As a member of Eni Iraq/ZFOD you will be responsible for:

• Timeliness and efficiency of construction works execution
• Technical quality of project constructability reviews
• Provide guidance and expertise, contributing during the feasibility, design and construction phase of all infrastructure related subjects.
• Provide professional engineering advice and assistance and ensure adherence to accepted engineering and management techniques, practices and principles.
• Manage the development and provide monitoring and assistance in evaluating the contracts related to the project.
• Ensure that FI&C activities are planned and prepared so as to be ready for implementation at the designated point in the implementation process.
• Coordinate with WOP department with regards to drilling and workover rig activities and ensure the readiness of the site preparations accordingly.
• Report to the Department management about all revealed shortcomings within his/her competence
• Put forward proposals regarding improvement of the activities implemented within this job position.
• Identification and adoption of the correct HSEQ standards according to company standards and local norms and legislation.
• Update cost breakdown structure according to existing cost estimates and allocate costs to the relevant cost elements.
• Update procurement and contract plans.
• Manage contractors’ activities including construction works troubleshooting.
• Manage construction site superintendent &supervisors
