Intern – FMI

We are looking for you to join Roche and our office in Istanbul as Intern – FMI.

Your day to day responsibilities are:

• Support the optimization and development processes of global and local CRM systems.
• Follow up and taking an active role in customer service performance evaluation, and optimization processes together with department supervisor, and related business owners.
• Participate in administrative, and operational work processes including regional meeting organizations and contract management, and process implementations.
• Take an active role in creating business plans with the team.
• Analyze the data, and perform monthly sales analysis and market research report business growth monitoring.
• Participate and support contract management  processes with the vendors and customers.
• Participate and support global and local business development and marketing projects with the team.
• Support preparation and  implementation of technical documents based on local requirements

• University student in business administration, marketing, economy, communication, business, public relations, health institutions business management, public relations disciplines
• Flexible schedule to work at least 3 days in a week for minimum 6 months

• Excellent verbal and communication skills
