- Handling office tasks, on daily bases such as, printing, copying, and scanning.
- To prepare and arrange all relevant programmatic admin requirements for events, trainings, meetings and any other related requirements.
- Ensure archiving and monitoring all the relevant documents of operation department.
- Making travel arrangements and making hotel and venue reservations.
- To assist in stipend distribution during program training/s.
- To proceed small purchasing needs (stationary, office utilities, hygiene supplies).
- To arrange logistic needs for all planned training/s. (stipend forms, fellowship forms, stationary, certificates, and any other related requirement requests)
- Carry out pay-outs, within established Internews guidelines following invoices reviewal.
- Assist in annual market survey and to update vendors log.
- Oversee and manage cleaning and sanitization schedule of the janitor.
- To assist in regular inventory.
- Process vetting according to Internews vetting guidelines.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Freshly graduate and Fast learner
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel
- Flexibility and willingness to support in a variety of tasks
- Excellent written and spoken English and Kurdish
