Summary
Samaritan’s Purse is seeking an International Regional Manager, MENA (Middle East/North Africa) to serve with Operation Christmas Child (OCC) International either remotely within the region (preferred) or at our IHQ in Boone, NC. You could be part of equipping local churches and working with year-round international volunteers in the region for the advancement of the Gospel! As Regional Manager, you will be part of sharing the Gospel through evangelism, discipleship and multiplication to children among some of the most unreached people groups in the world. A day in the life of an International Regional Manager:
At Samaritan’s Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do! We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe.
In the role of International Regional Manager, you will spend your day working to encourage, train and develop staff and volunteers to reach children with the gospel! You will have the opportunity to recruit and train volunteer leadership teams in the region who will facilitate the distribution of Operation Christmas Child (OCC) shoe box gifts and The Greatest Journey (a 12-lesson discipleship program) within their own country. You also get the opportunity to train and mobilize teacher trainers how to organize a Gospel-focused Outreach Event for children in their communities and then follow up with The Greatest Journey Discipleship Program. Celebrate what God is doing with your volunteer prayer coordinators as they gather testimonies and prayer requests to be shared with donors and at special quarterly prayer events. You also get the opportunity to teach financial stewardship principles as you train volunteers in budgeting and financial management as we steward the resources God has given us for this ministry. In this position, you will travel frequently within the region (100 days/year) as you invest in our OCC volunteers. Join our team and see how God can use your gifts and talents to impact the Kingdom!

Qualifications & Experience:
3-5 years’ experience living and serving internationally and/or serving among international cultures in U.S
Proven experience managing, coaching and leading volunteers
English and Arabic fluency is required
Passionate about and experienced working with the local church; interaction with pastors, leadership and members
Comfortable presenting and training in Arabic and English to small and large groups
Experienced and discerning with budgets and financial management
Flexible attitude with a team mindset; able to adapt quickly to change
Enjoys cultivating new, sustainable relationships in the region
Education
Master’s degree (preferred) in Missions, Missiology, Theology or other related field; or three to five years’ related experience of living in the region; OR equivalent combination of education and field experience. Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical studies strongly preferred
Job Location: Remote in the MENA region (preferred) or IHQ in Boone, NC
