IT Technician (open until filled).

We are currently hiring I.T Technicians for our company who can work 5 days a week Monday – Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• English Speaking is must.
• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Systems or Information Technology.
• Experience in administering workstation/laptop & other network equipment’s.
• Ability to prioritise a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines and have Strong problem-solving skills.
• Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral English communication skills.
• Systems security administration experience.
• Strong systems, network and application design background.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills and ability to think independently.
• Knowledge of Call Center / VOIP Calling system.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Manage network servers and technology tools.
• Set up accounts and workstations.
• Installing Office suite and Soft phone.
• Configuring Laptops / Desktops / IP Phones.
• Monitor Ticketing tool and take appropriate action within SLA.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and outages locally and coordinate with Global IT to resolve issues.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Ensuring the systems has new release patches and follow Global IT models.
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies published.
• Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery and failover procedures.
