  • Job Description and Responsibilities:

 

The Business Development and Management Trainer will conduct a 5-day training according to the framework of the program and project implementation requirements. The trainer will develop and share his/her training materials, ensuring a high-quality teaching and that participants will be actively engaged in the learning process. S-he will be responsible of guaranteeing that participants, by the end of the training, will be able to develop a small business plan, and manage it as needed. By the end of the training, the trainer shall provide a report on the outcomes.

The trainer is responsible for the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of the training in close coordination with the PM. Materials shall be submitted at least one week in advance to Mercy Hands, included pre and post-training forms, the training daily plan, training presentations, manual and forms

 

  • Bachelor / master level in a relevant field, or have business experience of at least 1 year (enterprise or working as CEO, general administrator in the company, or marketing and business expert, etc.)
  • Certified /professional trainer, or have experience in mentoring the business either in the public or private sectors on the topics of becoming an entrepreneur, running a small business, developing a business plan, and becoming an effective leader
  • Good understanding of the local context of Talafer. Be based in the Ninawa governorate
  • Written & verbal proficiency in the Arabic and Turkmen languages is required
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Good computer skills
