Position overview

As a Content Review Specialist, you will partner with the Content and Engineering teams to serve the most exciting content to customers all across the globe. This is a full-time role that requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

What you’ll do:

• Review, categorize and tag large volumes of content.
• Assess and describe scenarios — quickly, effectively, and with impeccable attention to detail.
• Coordinate with teams to identify information related to pieces of content.
• Exercise good judgement when reviewing and selecting posts that are appropriate and meet brand and curation guidelines.
• Drive improvement initiatives by providing guidance on policy development and executing projects that will enhance existing workflows.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Previous content review experience are essential
• Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work with various team members throughout the company
• Strong sense of Western culture, worldwide events, and pop culture
• Confidentiality and adherence to data protection, workflows and policies
• A basic understanding of mobile advertising delivery processes is an advantage
