Summary
Ensure the smooth running of projects. Responsibilities include scheduling, assessing risk and its management, coordinating different aspects of a project, ensuring that deadlines are met, updating staff and keeping all stakeholders in the project informed of progress, or anything that might cause a project delay.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and enforce project deadlines.
- Coordinate tasks and resources.
- Ensure that projects fulfill budget and quality standards.
- Supervise different tasks in the quest of completing a project.
- Responsible for the flow of information from the project owner to the team regarding the project.
- Reporting the status/progress of the project to stakeholders.
- Make the arrangement for projects documentation on the recommendation and specification of the owner and ensure that specifications are met.
- Follow up with the team and ensure each task completed on time.
- Update information on the project management development, tools, etc…
- Make arrangement for the project completion based on specifications of the project owner.
- Plan, commence, execute, supervise, and roundup assigned projects.
- Suggest strategies of achieving the project goals to the owner.
