The lawyer is responsible for supporting interventions enhancing access to assist beneficiaries and stake holder in community with legal constant and assistant in civilian documentation.
The lawyer will assist line manager in rolling out project activities, including: support to the tdh department in the project areas needs of vulnerable children, trainings for community members and raising awareness on legal issues.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
- In coordination with PM, mentored and support deliver quality legal assistant activities.
- Support the PM and team leaders to monitor the impact of the activities.
- Conduct regular governmental director’s visits according to requirements and report back to the Project Manager about all details.
- Collect all the relevant information about the stakeholders documentation procedure and ,paper work
- Support the PM and the data entry in the data collection, analysis and reporting duties.
- Support TdH Italy management team with any other task required.
The lawyer is directly managed by the PM, However a close coordination have to be guarantee with all the PMs in charge of the projects.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Qualification and preferred skills:
Tdh seeks for minimum 1 year experience in the same requred field with high level in communication skills and on diroctores level.
Better if the lawyer have knowledge in general protection or child protection field.
