the lawyers will be in charge of providing legal assistance to children in need of legal documentation

 

• Bachelor degree in law;
• Able to work in Maysan court;
• At least 1 year experience as lawyer, possibly in detention center and/or civil affair office;
• Previous experience in detention center is a strong advantage;
• Training in juvenile justice, children’s rights, humanitarian law and similar is an asset
• Very good knowledge of the legal process for civil IDs;
• Previous experience working with NGO is a strong asset;

 

بكلوريوس في القانون

القدرة على العمل في محاكم و دوائر ميسان

خبرة على الاقل سنة في العمل كمحامي, مراكز الاعتقلات او دوائر الدولة (الجنسية, شهادة الجنسية الخ )

تدريب في حماية الطفل, العنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي, المبادئ الانسانية او ما يشابة ذلك

معرفة جيدة بخطوات ادارة الحالة

عامل قوة اضافي اذا كان المتقدم لديه خبرة في العمل في مراكز الاعتقالات

معرفة جيدة في الاجرائات القانونية لدائرة الجنسية

لدية خبرة في مجال عمل المنظمات كعامل اضافي
