Al Eslah is a non-profit and non-governmental association, registered in Iraq with the No. (1L43534), and has been working in Iraq since 2012. Al Eslah operates in Iraq through 3 basic offices, the implemented projects vary to include but are not limited to: education, protection and response to survivors of GBV, projects to support young people and building capabilities to generate outcomes that create a sustainable and enabling environment for youth to achieve their potential

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Summary of key functions:
Internal Liaison (Operational Management)
Project and Information Preparation and Coordination role
Facilitation of knowledge building and management

1. Internal Liaison (Operational Management) focusing on achievement of the following results:

Assurance of effective and efficient implementation, where issues could be brought to the attention of the Programme Manager, consulted and to be resolved efficiently.
Cooperate with the Finance Associate on Documentations preparation to comply with rules and regulations (project implementation, monitoring and evaluation)

2. Ensures Project and Information Preparation and Coordination role focusing on achievement of the following results:
Specifically
Act as a Focal Point for information sharing Between the beneficiaries and the program manager, with special emphasis on communicating project results and lessons learned
3. Ensures facilitation of knowledge building and management focusing on achievement of the following results:
Organization of training for the operations/ projects staff on the programme.

Impact of Results

The results which was an impact on the overall programme and success in the implementation of programme strategies. This position will specifically be responsible for the implementation of the Project

Development and Operational Effectiveness
Ability to perform a variety of specialized tasks related to Results Management, including support to design, planning and implementation of the programme, managing data, reporting.

Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude
Remains calm, in control and good-humoured even under pressure
Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities

Required Skills and Experience

Recruitment Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor Degree, in Business Management, Communications, Social Studies and Environmental Management.
Experience:
At least 3 years working experience preferably in the Natural Resources Management projects with strong project implementation experience
Language Requirements:
Fluency in the Arabic+English
