Tasks of the Local Team Coordinator

• Support to all tasks of the international team leader

• Coordinating the inputs and interventions of experts 3-7

• Sensitizing and sharing local needs and sensitivities with the international team leader

• Channelling expert recommendations and input on peacebuilding and support to local peace infrastructure towards the experts 3-7

• Coordination with Arabic-speaking implementation partners

• Ensuring the quality and adequateness of the implementation of the advisory packages

Tasks of the Local Team Coordinator

• Coordinating the inputs and interventions of experts 3-7

• Sensitizing and sharing local needs and sensitivities with the international team leader

• Channelling expert recommendations and input on peacebuilding and support to local peace infrastructure towards the experts 3-7

• Coordination with Arabic-speaking implementation partners

• Ensuring the quality and adequateness of the implementation of the advisory packages

• Education/training : University degree (master’s) in social, political, economic science

• Languages : Excellent English skills  in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), excellent Arabic skills 

• General professional experience : 5 years of professional experience in the field of peacebuilding, stabilization and fragility in the context of international cooperation

• Specific professional experience : 2 years of professional experience in strengthening peace infrastructure and dialogue or peacebuilding processes

• Leadership/management experience : 3 years of management/leadership experience as project coordinator or manager in a company or INGOs

• Regional experience : – not applicable –

• Development cooperation (DC) experience : 3 years of experience working on DC projects
