Key Responsibilities:

• Support facility maintenance organization in day-to-day maintenance activities, planning and execution while working with maintenance advisor, site planner & lead planner
• Focus on learning and development under maintenance competency development program for future role as maintenance advisor/lead planner.
• Reporting line to facilities maintenance manager (FMM) for administrative items and maintenance advisor for operational activities.
• Promote a culture of safety and effective maintenance and reliability.
• Support the maintenance advisor in execution of work in accordance with Control of Work standards.
• Coordinate with site planner to planning and delivery of the reliability and maintenance vision, strategy and priority.
• Lead maintenance teams to deliver integrity improvement initiative within the assigned facilities
• Support to deliver timely, efficient and high‐quality maintenance activities at assigned assets and other related  assets.
• Coordinate with production/operation staff to identify/priorities and schedule maintenance activities.
• Advise and coach a multi‐disciplined Iraqi maintenance workforce at assigned assets.
• Ensure maintenance work is identified, planned and documented in the computerized maintenance management system, (CMMS), Maximo.
• Monitor maintenance performance KPIs and act accordingly to improve performance where needed.
• Champion delivery of work management process and identify improvements.
• Identify areas of improvement in safety and reliability.
• Implement preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to drive long term reliability improvement.
• Lead/support Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) using 5 Whys or similar techniques.

Minimum Requirements:

•  Above 05 years’ experience in oil and gas related industry
• Technical degree or HNC Certificate in engineering
• Practical exposure to production facilities
• Ability to identify safety hazards, possess leadership skills, to work with multi‐ discipline and multi‐cultural work force
• Possessing to self-drive to learn and develop
