- University degree (minimally BSc/BA) in relevant field (Education, Psychology, or any other relevant field)
- Minimum working experience of 1-3 years in training facilitation/delivery and coordination.
- Community mobilization /working with community-based organizations
- Excellent spoken and written command of Arabic
- Computer skills

Purpose of the position
ZOA is intended to hire a Master Trainer who is responsible for facilitation/delivery of teacher training in Anbar for Primary & secondary school teachers, School principals, Parents and Higher education student leaders
Main activities
Tasks responsibilities, results

Deliver training according to the predesigned training curriculum.

Contribute to the overall quality of the project by continuously monitoring the progress of the project’s outcomes and the quality and relevance of the curriculum.

Contribute to M&E efforts in coordination with the project manager and support staff.

Continuously inform project participants about extra services provided within the auspices of the project.

Contribute to the evaluation of the curriculum at the end of the project for the purpose of enhancing the training materials for future use.

Responsible for participants coordination, enrolment and documentation (Attendance sheets, registration sheets, etc…)

Participate in all assigned trainings including trainings in other Iraqi governorates

Ensure the ZOA Code of Conduct and Child Protection Policy are kept in all activities

Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
