Job Description Details:**
Job purpose:
The MEAL Assistant is responsible for both the quantitative and qualitative aspects of the project.
will provide based on monitoring activities, outputs, and outcomes
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Do regular monitoring visits to the activities and fill in the monitoring visit report within the deadline.
· Review and clean, and analyze the collected data using Excel and Power BI.
· Design forms and data collection tools and take the lead of the data collection process including (regular monitoring, PIM, PDM, RTEs, FGDs, Reflection sessions).
· Update projects’ Indicator Tracking Table (ITTs) on monthly basis according to internal deadlines.
· Support MEAL Manager to ensure post-implementation monitoring is conducted for projects as agreed with Partners.
· Support MEAL Manager in presenting M&E findings to the project management, partners.
· Ensure spot checks are done to verify and validate project reports.
· Ensure all M&E related tools, data, reports, and findings are archived
· Design Need Assessment tools and take the responsibility of data collection, and analysis.
· Collaborate with Protection Coordinator for all project-related issues
Academic Qualifications:
Social Sciences, Education science or a related field, degree of practical experience in MEAL sector.
Requirements:**
At least 1 year of experience in Program activities, and previous experience working in humanitarian programs (protection or education preferred).
Skills
English and Arabic or Turkish, spoken and written.
Good representation and ability to represent Bonyan effectively in external forums.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Politically and culturally sensitive with qualities of patience, tact, and diplomacy
Commitment to the aims and principles of Bonyan.
