Title: Monitoring Officer
(Duty Location: Erbil (possibility on a site visit to sub-districts, districts, and other KRI cities)
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Deadline for applications: 05th December 2021
Working Days: 5 Days/Week (40 Hours/Week)
Duties and Responsibilities
The Monitoring Officer will be working in the office and on site as below:
-Monitoring, visits to the locations of returnee’s occupation as well as the market.
-Evaluating, presence, acquainting skills, reporting.
-Reporting arrangements are in place and being implemented to ensure that the reporting requirements are met in a timely manner.
-Translation of contracts, reintegration meeting minutes, invoices, vouchers and other related documents to English language.
-Finalization of reintegration cases.
-Finalization and arrangement of supported documents for financial settlement.
-Document controller and arrange of finalized supported documents.
-Counseling of reintegration cases. – Conduct face to face counselling sessions with returnees.
-Pre-Monitoring visiting locations of placement before signing the agreements.
– Pre-Monitoring working locations before signing the agreements.
-Provision of regular updates and input in the monitoring of project activities, to assess overall project implementation with respect to project objectives, outputs, and indicators.
-Coordinate all aspects of programme monitoring and reporting ensuring data is of high quality and produced on time.
-Conduct support visits regularly and reports findings to the programme and project team.
-On an ongoing basis ensure that project monitoring data is collected, stored, and analyzed clearly and professionally.
-Working closely with the Project Officer ensures that all data is verified and cleaned before analysis and archive.
-Lead and conduct analysis of quantitative data as well as qualitative data on all programme inputs, outputs, and outcomes.
-Identifying and documenting lessons learned; collecting information for case studies; writing and preparing success story reports.
-Monitor all project activities, expenditures, and progress towards achieving the project output.
-Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection, and evaluation procedures.
-Track programme impacts against targets, indicators, and organize goals

Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Required qualifications, competencies, and experience Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree of English language, business administration, or related degrees.
-Experience: Two years
-Language Skills: Kurdish, English, and Arabic.
-Computer Skills: Ms Word, Excel, and email communication.
-Experience in Qualitative and Quantitative Research.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Strong written and oral communication skills.
-Excellent reporting, interpersonal, and team working skills.
