The ideal candidate Must be Turkish and will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. He/she should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees, and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview clients/visitors/candidates.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Greet visitors at the office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Coordinate with other OpCos ( sister companies ) as per business needs
- Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews, and transport
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Delegating tasks to junior employees
- Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
- Self-managed, & excellent time management skills
