Job title: Operation Officer

Job brief:
We are looking for a Operation Officer to take responsibility for the financial and HR integrity of our organisation by managing the accounting and HR operations to meet legal for Doners requirements.
You must be familiar with audits, billing, budgeting and HR. Our ideal candidate demonstrates an interest in managing accounting and HR activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts and have knowledge of various HR functions. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures and to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.
Responsibilities:
Financial:
• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
• Prepare balance sheets.
• Process invoices.
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Update internal systems with financial data.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Participate in financial audits.
• Track bank deposits and payments.
• Assist with budget preparation.
• Review and implement financial policies.
HR :
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.recruiting, training and developing staff.
• making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time and pensions and benefits administration.
• looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
• organising staff training sessions and activities.
• monitoring staff performance and attendance.
• advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer’s own employment policies and procedures.
• negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Experience and competencies:
• Proven work experience as a Financial or HR or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of HR, financial and accounting procedures.
• Experience using financial software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Sharp time management skills.
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Strong ethics and reliability.
Education:
• BSc/BA in Finance, Accounting or Economics or business administration or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
