• Assessing organizational development needs for effective peace infrastructure on local and central level

• Designing and conducting tailor-made advisory services on organizational development of peace infrastructures, focusing on internal organizational development (e.g. management skills, SOPs, clarification of roles, codes of conduct, strategic planning) as well as on external process development (e.g. community consultation and analysis, cooperation and network development, stakeholder engagement)

• Providing and ensuring technical support and mentoring on organizational development, community and stakeholder engagement for effective peace infrastructure

• Strengthening processes of interaction, mutual learning and support between local and regional peace infrastructures

• Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the progress or organizational efficiency of local peace infrastructure

• Facilitate and guide the facilitation of adult learning formats

• Guide the development of mentoring, coaching and peer-learning formats for the sustainable application of acquired capacities

• Support processes of curriculum development as well as the development or adaptation of teaching and training materials

• Education/training : Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in social, political or economic sciences

• Languages : Excellent Arabic skills , good English skills

• General professional experience : 5 years of experience in organizational development

• Specific professional experience : 3 years of professional experience in advising and implementing organizational development processes and cooperation development involving local and central structures

• Leadership/management experience : – not applicable –

• Regional experience : – not applicable –

• Development cooperation (DC) experience : 2 years of experience working on development cooperation projects
