The Outbound Customer Care Representative position in Iraq is an exciting one. The selected candidate will join the Operations Team to help grow and maintain our customer base. We are looking for a multi-skilled candidate who is customer-service-oriented and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

•  Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about the company’s product and services using prepared scripts.
• Making the maximum effort to achieve the required sales target and facilitating upcoming sales.
• Good in dealing with various computer programs such as CRM and call systems.
• The ability to know the products and services offered by the company and provide explanations and descriptions to customers
• Ability to detail and mastery the art of listening and being a good listener.
• Patience and ability to deal with rejection of customers.
• Ability to communicate well and using an appropriate tone of voice.

Requirements:

• B.S.  in public relations, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• The responsible individual is able to wear multiple hats to get the job done, from sitting behind a desk and performing analytical tasks, to delivering exceptional service to customers.
• Fast learner, dynamic, and able to work well under pressure.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong organization and management skills.
• Tech-savvy. Able to learn and use web tools.
