We are now seeking a talented Personal Shopper specialising in Fine Watches to join the team based in New York. You will be tasked with developing and enhancing your customers’ loyalty and spend by utilising your strong customer service and commercial skills whilst building long-lasting, personal relationships with our E.I.P customers.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
Profile customers individually based on their shopping pattern.
Using these profiles, provide personal recommendations demonstrating detailed product knowledge and an understanding of each client’s style and requirements
Ensure all customers receive the same level of attention.
Initiate face to face contact with your customers
Ensure prompt follow up with customers acquired through events and partnerships
Achieve and exceed yearly sales targets
Ensure that sales leads are identified and prioritised by analysing your customer list.
Increase spend of individuals and develop customer loyalty through by understanding their needs and up-selling (whenever possible)
Drive Personal Appointments where possible with clients to develop relationships
Implement new/creative selling ideas
Possess a self-driven awareness of the Hard Luxury Industry and brands/product
Feedback any buying patterns to Managers
Be aware of general level of competitor awareness
Participate in Client Relations, marketing / partnership events as required

The type of person we are looking for:
Proven experience working in Sales with targets
2-3 years’ experience in the Luxury Watch retail sector or within luxury fashion sector
Must have an established client book with active watch customers preferably in a multi-brand focus
Qualifications in the world of horology along with a network within industry is a plus
Perfect spoken and written English
Fluency in other languages is highly desirable including Arabic
Confident, with excellent communication skills
Customer centric – proven ability to build relationships with customers.
Proactive sales approach, able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the customer experience and drive sales
Numerate with strong computer literacy.
Team Player
Excellent eye for detail and organisational skills.
Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines.
