Summary
Product Performance Manager will work closely with product Marketing, Digital and CVM teams to track key activities, evaluate their success, and identify how they contribute to the uptake and revenue growth in ensuring that products and offers have an adequate return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage standard, processes and procedures for products and offer analytics.

Define, track and report on key data points for running products, offers and campaigns.

Analyze large quantities of data to create summaries, develop models, and extract insights that guide managerial decisions.

Demonstrate exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to draw insights and recommendations from analysis and present proposals to internal stakeholders.

Develop simulations including scenarios and forecasting based on data analysis and results to enable quick amendments to products and offers.

Work with MIS to develop further reports to improve understanding of customer behavior.

Define/Refine reports and ensure that they are created in a timely manner with the correct information.

Perform trending and critical analysis to highlight issues and draw possible conclusions as to their causes.

Report on analytic results and insights back to relevant team members in the business.

Develop, transform and join multiple data sets to produce data assets that drive analytic insights and results reporting.

Identify patterns and trends in data sets.

Leverage data analysis and associated insights plus results to help determine and recommend appropriate strategies and tactics for the business.
Competencies
- Expertise in KPI and Reporting of telecommunication.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting and visualization tools MS Excel, Pivot Tables, V- Look up, MS Power BI, PowerPoint.
- Excellent experience in A/B testing.
- Working technical experience with relational database servers, including Oracle.
- Strong familiarity with data preparation, processing, classification, and forecasting.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
