Provision of Seeds, Fertilizers, and Pesticides

Al-Aghsan Foundation for Agriculture and Environment Development invites the qualified companies and bureaus to submit their offers to provide (150-200) Greenhouses in Anbar, Nineveh, and Salaheddin with high quality and certified seed, pesticides, and fertilizers for 2-3 agricultural seasons, according to the specifications and conditions listed below:

The Conditions:

1. The bidding company or bureau must be registered legally in Iraq, and it is preferable to have a previous experience in this sector.
2. All provided items must be of high quality, eco-friend, and from trusted and certified origins, given that the provider must submit evidence and supportive documents including certification of origin, and the test for each item.
3. The contract valid for a period from 7-10 months, and the delivery of provided items should be done locally (directly to the Greenhouses sites) in the three mentioned governorates, basing of quantities determined by Al-Aghsan Foundation for each season. The provision of requested items must be completed in a period that does not exceed 2 weeks from Al-Aghsan notification. The provider/s must consider all agreed standards upon transportation of items to the sites, and afford the responsibility to keep them safe of damage.  
4. The offer must be submitted in (USD). The eligible payments will be processed after 15-30 days from the date of receive of items, given that all items must pass the test undertaken by Al-Aghsan Foundation successfully. 
5. The provider must submit samples of each item in advance, in order to be tested and approved by Al-Aghsan Foundation. All provided items must be of the same specifications and match the samples; otherwise, Al-Aghsan has the right to reject them. If the provider fails to meet the agreed specifications and requirements, then Al-Aghsan Foundation has the right to terminate the contract, and will afford no responsibility or charges for this action. 
6. The provider/s is committed to deliver training for the trainees and farmers at the targeted locations in the three governorates about the optimal and professional use of the provided items, according to the new technologies through their qualified technical staff. In addition, consultancy services related to the provided items must be submitted upon need during the contract period. 
7. Al-Aghsan Foundation is not obligated to accept the lowest bids.
8. Offers to be submitted through the following e-mail: , within maximum of two weeks from date of this announcement. Any offer that will be received after 12:00 pm October 17, 2021 will be ignored. 
9. The bidders must provide copies of their CVs, and certification/registration documents along with their offers.
