Samaritan’s Purse Istructions to Rainwater Garden Systems Tender 

Tender Meeting Date: August 22nd-2021 

 

Samaritan’s Purse – Iraq (SPI) now invites Eligible Tender General Contracting Companies for the  installation of Rainwater Garden Systems in Qaraqosh, Bartella, and surrounding villages of the Al Hamdaniya District. SPI is supporting schools and local communities through the installation of these  rainwater reserving systems, with the addition of native plants, to help with long-term environmental and  agricultural benefits. The systems will provide enhanced storm water infiltration, create less waste water channels, and add aesthetic value to schools and homes.  

This tender consists of supplying necessary material (gravel, soil, compost, mulch, saplings, UPVC piping,  and geotextile fabric), excavating dirt from designated areas on site, and loading and transporting  excavated dirt to designated unloading areas for 52 (40 households and 12 schools) rainwater garden systems.  

Eligible Tender Companies are to participate in attending the Tender meeting in order to submit a  proposal. No exceptions. Suppliers that do not attend the meeting will not be allowed to submit a bid. 

Public Tender Bidder Meeting. 

Dear Bidder: 

We kindly invite interested companies to attend an informational meeting on August 22nd 2021, 10:00 AM Instructions: 

The meeting will be held at the “Ankawa Royal Hotel”, located in Ankawa main road,  Erbil, Ankawa. 

In case and for some reasons any company is not able to come to the designated  areas, Samaritans Purse will provide a video conference option via zoom meeting. You  will be able to attend with your phone or computer.

Note 1: Any company who would like to submit a bid for this tender must attend the meeting on August 22nd 2021. No exceptions

Note 2: All necessary information needed to submit a competitive bid will be provided to each company after the informational meeting. 

Note3: After attending the informational meeting, companies that came to the meeting  will receive the instructions to submit a bid. 

The submission deadline for the bid will be communicated at the meeting on  August 22nd
