KBR is looking for Scaffolding Superintendent for 28/28 days rotation to be based in Basra -Iraq

Below is the JD

Assists the project team by providing input to identify key success factors, timing of design and procurement deliverables, and establishing common work breakdown structures. Provides leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services and is responsible for the execution of Scaffold Erection services, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction cost. Evaluates Scaffold Erection service execution for compliance to contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality, advising the project team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors on to go scope. Monitors the implementation of safety orientations safety indoctrinations and gang box meetings and provides coaching for improvement. Monitors crews for organizational structure sizing crew mix ratios and wage compliance. Reviews and monitors cost and man-hour budget for installation process and develops a staff facilities equipment and tool requirement plan.

Minimum 8 year work experience in a similar role within the Oil and gas industry.

Professional Technical Certifications:

• OSHA
• Registered Advanced Scaffold Inspector
• C.IS.R.S Advanced Scaffold Card
• IOSH – Approved & validated by the Institution Of Occupational Health & Safety
• Trained in TG20:13 – Technical guidance on the use BS EN 12811-1. (Design Scaffolding)
• Trained to deliver. SG4; 15; Preventing Falls In Scaffold
• Manual Handling techniques
• Root cause failure analysis training (Find the root cause and to prevent reoccurrence)
• Trained to inspect and Fall Arrest Equipment.
• Work at height training with all trades
• Understanding  permit to work.
• Preferably Local National Iraqi’s
