- Senior Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
- Providing overall guidance to junior Sales Representatives.
- Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
- Assisting junior Sales Representatives in achieving their targets and answering technical questions posed by customers.
- Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
- Qualifications of Senior sales executive
- Minimum of 3-year sales experience in financial services or FOREX.
- Have a consultative sales approach.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress
- Driven and motivated
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Ability to work as a team leader.
- CRM experience
- Speaks Arabic, Kurdish, and English.
- MS Office is a must.
