As a Senior Supply Planning Specialist

Your main tasks are:

• Lead demand planning.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Proactively engage with other departments (especially with Marketing and Commercial) on forecasting market/customer trends and phase-in/phase-out projects.
• Continuously improve forecasting techniques, methods and approach.
• Report and analyze KPIs (Inventory levels, Backorder Value, Forecast Accuracy, Slow Moving Inventory etc.) and take improvement actions.
• Be SAP Material Master Data Expert and support Controlling on Inventory related analysis
• Follow-up import and export operations with customs brokers.

• You are fluent in Turkish and English; fluency in German is a big plus.
• Hold business or comparable university degree, MBA is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinker.
• Have agile mindset and can do attitude.
• Have strong supply chain experience.
• Experienced at MS Office Applications and SAP.
• Have 4+ years of planning experience in Healthcare or FMCG industry
• Have strong interpersonal skills to be successful in decision making processes, even in a high-pressure environment.
