Details about tender described in attached tender notice , the required documents are as below :
- Annex 1 – Technical Form
- Annex2- ToR ( Term of Reference)
- Copy of Vehicle registration
- Copy of Owner’s ID Card
- Copy of Driver’s Driving License
- Driver’s CV
-The minimum specification and type of vehicle:
- The vehicle shall be in a good condition and shall meet the minimum specification mentioned below:
̶ Wheel drive system: 4×4
̶ Type: pick-up truck (1 ton)
̶ Number of seats: 4 passengers (excluding driver’s seat)
̶ Year of make: 2016 and above
̶ Condition: no previous wrecks
̶ Electric windows: yes
̶ Air conditioner: yes
- b) The vehicle shall be equipped with necessary safety items, including the followings:
̶ Fire extinguisher
̶ First aid kid
̶ Seat-belt restraints
̶ Airbags: yes, must be fully functional
̶ Remote keyless entry with alarm: yes
̶ Spare tire
̶ Mechanical jack
Basic hand tools
-The driver shall have good experience in driving and shall meet the below minimum requirement:
- Must have a valid driving license
- Must own their own vehicle with documentation available, ownership document or PoA document is required
- Minimum of 4 years of driving experience (date from first obtained driving license). 1 year of experience with INGOs and in Nineveh is preferable.
- Must speak Arabic and Turkmen, English is preferable
