Job Title: Sisterhood Shopkeeper

Hours: Part Time

Location: Sulaymaniyah, Iraq

Reports to:  Business Support Program Officer

Start Date: June, 2021

End Date: December 31, 2021 (with the possibility of extension)

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Advocating for the Sisterhood products and our mission
  • Being proactive in selling products while at the Kiosk
  • Striving to reach our goal of 70,000 IQD in sales each day
  • Present at the Kiosk at all times during your shift, except to use the restroom and to take one, 15 minute break during each shift
  • Uploading all receipts to Airtable at the end of each shift
  • Logging hours worked at the end of each shift
  • Participating in sales, events
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Specifications/Qualifications

  • Fair level Arabic, Kurdish, and English
  • Good communication skills with customers and Kiosk Manager
  • Excellent listener
  • Ability to work with little oversight or direction in a highly dynamic environment
  • Willingness to be flexible and handle last minute schedule changes
  • Ability to communicate schedule changes immediately to Kiosk Manager and co-workers
  • Positive attitude
  • Willingness to work in challenging environment; flexibility
  • Attention to details
  • Reliable
  • Creative, driven, and passionate about making the Kiosk the best it can be
  • Trustworthy and honest
  • Ability to handle large sums of money
  • Ability to follow through with the Kiosk Manager’s requests in timely and accurate manner

  • Reliable transportation to and from work and able to arrive on time
