Subscription Management Engineer


Summary

The role of this position is to provide first level support with testing/launching services on Subscription & Service Catalogue Management (SSCM) platform and observe/enhance provisioning systems performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform acceptance testing procedures for new offers and services.
  • Support end-users (customers) through solving reported customer cases.
  • Run traces and analysis on different platforms and troubleshoot different types of reported incidents and issues.
  • Ensure that all provisioning processes are up and running 24×7.
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible, willing to extend working hours to exceptionally complete projects.
  • Respond to system failures and work with support or vendor teams to minimize business impact.
  • Implement scripts to extract information on logs.
  • Write and document all new offer/service test cases.
Competencies
  • Strong quantitative, statistical, analytical skills, and attention to details.
  • Good knowledge in database (Oracle & SQL).
  • Familiar with Linux.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethics.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
