Supply of fuel in Sinuni-Sinjar area

2021-IQ-SNJ-004-CT

 

1. Description. The French Red-Cross is seeking suppliers to provide the fuel under the 08 (eight) months framework agreement:

 

Lot 1 – Fuel for truck and tractor for Tel Qassab municipality Lot 2 – Fuel for trucks, tractors, etc. for Sinjar municipality Lot 3 – Fuel for showel, etc. for Sinjar dumpsite Lot 4 – Fuel for generator in Sinuni Lot 5 – Kerosene

 

The bidder can apply either for 5 lots or any of them

 

Please find detail specifications in attached RFQ (ref. “2021-IQ-SNJ-004-CT”).

 

2. Deadline for submission. All bids must be submitted before06/10/2021 (06th of October, 2021) at 16:00 (Iraq time)at the address mentioned in RFQ in a sealed envelope or by E-mail (if it is an official company mail account) at  . Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

 

NOTE: Please put this in subject line when sending your bid through email – “2021-IQ-SNJ-004-CT”

 

3. Clarification of Bid. Any request for clarification must be received by FRC by email at least 2 days before the deadline for submission of bids. FRCF will reply to bidders’ questions at least 3 days before the deadline for submission of bids.

 

4. Sections of Bid. Bidders are required to complete, sign and submit the following documents (Bid):

 

1. RFQ (signature, stamp and the date on each page);
2. Quotation, filled by hand (signature, stamp and the date on each page);
3. Administrative and technical offer, filled by hand (signature, stamp and the date on each page);
4. Experiences and References, filled by hand (signature, stamp and the date on each page);
5. Copy of valid registration certificate

 

5. Award Criteria. 

 

Method to be used in selecting the most responsive Bid

Full compliant with technical and qualification requirements of RFQ and has the lowest price

 

6. General. 

 

– Submission of a Bid shall be deemed as an acknowledgement by the Bidder that all obligations stipulated by this ITB and RFQ will be met and, unless specified otherwise, the Bidder has read, understood and agreed to all the instructions in this ITB and RFQ.  

 

– Any Bid submitted will be regarded as an offer by the Bidder and does not constitute or imply the acceptance of any Bid by FRCF. FRC is under no obligation to award a contract to any Bidder as a result of this ITB/ RFQ.

 

7. Cost. The Bidder shall bear any and all costs related to the preparation and/or submission of the Bid, regardless of whether its Bid was selected or not.  FRC shall in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the procurement process.
