With the financial assistance of multiple Donors, we intend to award a works contract for:

(Summer kit items, Winter kit items, Emergency kit items, and Heater kit items)

Late Bids will be automatically rejected. 

Concern retains the right to accept or reject any offer/proposal prior to the award of contract and to annul the bidding process and reject all offers at any time.

Concern will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to Concern.
