As a survey research project coordinator at Gallup, you’ll help us deliver the perfect research and consulting solutions to our global customers. Working at one of the most respected research companies in the world, you will facilitate the day-to-day data collection with our in-country partners in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). You will test questionnaires, process data, manage spreadsheets, and help track complex survey operations and administration. We’ll count on your diligence to ensure project records are accurate and complete, and we know that you won’t rest until even the smallest discrepancies have been resolved. Whether it’s working with global vendors or communicating with internal partners, our best in this role are able to build strong relationships and collaborate to complete punctual, high-quality work.

What you need:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in research methods, political science, public policy, foreign affairs or a similar field of study
Full professional fluency in the Arabic language required
Mastery of Excel, proficiency in PowerPoint and Word required
Experience with SPSS preferred
Experience with customer support and/or leadership involvement in school, internship or professional work preferred
Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
