Responsible for the support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Keeping contact with the customers via phone calls.
- Forecast customers’ product needs, increase sales, check amount of sent goods to customers.
- Include all necessary information to customer calls phone book, update it on a regular basis.
- Keep updated immediate manager according any problem.
- Realise requests of customers, research complaints, solve problems as soon as possible.
- Convey company’s high reputation to customers by building friendly, helpful and reliable relationship with them.
Candidate Education
Fresh bachelor graduate.
Capabilities
- Effective Communication skills (Verbal and Written) including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel.
- Upper Intermediate in English (and local language if an expat).
- Potential to be promoted to key management roles in the country.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Remains calm and self-controlled under stressful situations. Works to deliver the best interests of the organisation at all times.
- Able to perform tasks effectively with minimum help.
- Team building skills.
