Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
The Trainer – Content Review partners with internal teams to ensure that decisions made by the Content Review team are regularly audited for accuracy and that performance feedback is shared with the responsible teams.
Role Responsibilities:
Works closely with Quality Assurance leaders to aggregate, prioritize and report on the top issues impacting decision accuracy for each market and verticals new content policies are developed and prototyped, provide details to local teams around the impact of the policy change on the team’s current work and surface gaps in knowledge, process and technology between the intent of the content policy and how content review takes place
Delivers just-in-time training to auditors on new or changing content policies as well as refresher training on existing content policy on an as-needed basis
Actively re-review decision accuracy audits to ensure consistency and alignment with internal standards
Recommends, builds and develops documentation for new business processes
Works with business process owners/client and SMEs (subject matter experts) to assess capabilities and identify high level user requirements as well as work with project managers, architects and SMEs to define metrics and performance goals for the process
Participates in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designer to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
Develops engaging training content for internal and external audiences
Role Requirement: Proficiency with Arabic language (i.e. ability to read, write, read, listen and interpret between English and Arabic ) Usage of language will be 50/50
Role Requirement: Flexibility to work various shifts across all weekdays including weekends and at different times including night shift. 2 consecutive days off will be provided.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 2 years contact/call center experience
Minimum 1 year experience in a quality and/or training role in a content moderation environment
Minimum 1 year experience with data analytics/reporting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing and maintaining expertise on corporate policies and/or standards
Knowledge of multi-cultural communications and culture context in supporting other countries
Experience assisting with the implementation of complex operational procedures including creation and delivery
Professional Skills
Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
